Root Chakra Meditation
Do you worry a lot? Or are you feeling uncertain or unfocused? Or maybe you are experiencing general lack of energy or a sore back? Try this grounding meditation focussing on the root chakra at the base of our spine. Make sure you take up an active position with a straight spine and shoulders slightly rotated back. Do not strain yourself, but make sure you sit actively. Then let me introduce you to the centre of feeling grounded, supported, safe. We start with a relaxing breathing exercise and then bring our attention to the area just under our tailbone. Notice any sensations before, during and after the meditation.
