I have designed this Ikigai Meditation to help you identify your life's purpose (the meaning of Ikigai). Please, have some blanks papers and a pen at hand. We start with a brief relaxing body scan. Then, we answer 5 questions that help to get clarity on what you should be doing, changing, tweaking in life. To make the meditation not too long, we spend around 2-3 minutes on each question. If you like to write more than keywords or simply need more time, please pause whenever necessary.
