We start this Chakra Meditation with a short breathing exercise to match the length of the in- and exhale. We visit the 7 'main' chakra's starting at the bottom of our spine up to the crown of our head. A journey from 'Grounding' up to 'Oneness'. During the meditation, you can see if that particular chakra, the place in your body, the theme, the colour or the words, illicit a response in body or mind. Through this scan, you can establish for yourself if certain chakra's need strengthening.
